As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship, we’ve embraced eco-conscious practices that set us apart in an industry often associated with a heavy ecological footprint.
We use energy-efficient LED lighting, cutting our power usage in half and reducing carbon emissions by 50%. Two on-site solar arrays generate 115,000 kWh of clean energy annually—offsetting approximately 90 tons of CO2 each year. Our drip irrigation system minimizes water waste, and all spent soil and plant material are composted to nourish local farmland, closing the loop between cultivation and community.

The production of our cannabis flowers is where it all begins. At the cultivation phase, we begin nurturing our seeds with water, soil, light, and nutrients. Bill’s plant science expertise as an Agronomist leads to the growth of our medicine through a data-driven approach.
By utilizing a passive hydroponic system as well as taking routine tissue and water samples, our team is able to ensure that each plant is reaching its optimum level of nurturing during this very critical stage.
The lineages we are choosing to grow encompass a wide range of varieties which ultimately will serve and allow our greater community of Delaware to thrive.
We desire to create more than just a great product. By nurturing and growing our plants from seed, we integrate our cultivation directly into the processing experience. By utilizing our GMP-certified facility, our unique extraction process optimizes the potency of our flowers which directly leads to our end products. This is where Jen Stark’s experience in sustainable and civil engineering really shines.
With her understanding of regulations, the help of her team (including her brother Dave), the wonderful vendors from whom we purchased equipment, and local mechanical engineers, we’ve designed a facility that is safe, effective, and of the highest quality.
From state-of-the-art equipment and methodology such as utilizing vacuum pumps with compressed air and having no open electrical sockets, an immense amount of research and planning has gone into our processing and extraction methods.
By first chilling, then extracting, and finally through recovery, the medicine we are able to produce is of the highest quality and precision.
By the end of the cultivation and processing, each of our individual products is dispensed to you with the highest purity. We grow each plant with intention and bring a superior profile of nutrients and properties into all of our medical marijuana products.
