The Farm Strains
The Farm’s inventory includes some of the world’s best and most unique genetics. Because cannabis plants can’t be transported across state lines, we begin with seeds and conduct a process known as a pheno-hunt. This involves growing and evaluating multiple plants from the same strain (genotype) to identify the most desirable phenotypes—the flower with the best traits in aroma, potency, yield, and overall quality.

Is recreational cannabis legal in Delaware yet?
Yes! As of August 1st, 2025, recreational cannabis is legal in the state of Delaware. We offer cannabis products to recreational users at all of our locations.
Why don’t you carry national cannabis brands?
Delaware cannabis laws require that all weed products sold in-state must be locally produced. That means you won’t see national cannabis brands on our dispensary menu—yet. The Farm works with select partners to bring their genetics and formulations to Delaware through in-state collaborations.

Do The Farm dispensaries have an ATM?
Yes! We have on-site ATM’s at each of our locations for your convenience.
Do I need to bring ID with my Delaware medical cannabis card?
Medical patients need a valid government-issued photo ID along with your Delaware medical marijuana card. It helps us confirm your eligibility and keep our dispensary compliant with state cannabis regulations. Recreational users will need to present a valid photo ID.
Can I use an out-of-state medical cannabis card in Delaware?
Yes. Delaware offers a temporary medical marijuana card for out-of-state patients. It’s a quick and affordable way for non-residents to legally purchase weed while visiting our dispensaries.
What is the benefit of a medical card when Delaware goes to adult use?
The cost of a medical card is $50 per year, which translates to $1 a week. For recreational marijuana, there will be a 15% tax on all purchases. Example: If you buy $10 worth of product, you will pay 15% tax or $1.50 on that purchase. So, if you buy more than $10 a week of product, then a medical marijuana card will save you money.
